"Great resort hotel. Located on the beach in the heart of Lamai. Restaurant staff were excellent. Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. Cleaning staff didn’t miss a spot. The resort is perfect for any age group. Very quiet area. I stayed in the hotel part of the resort and the views of the ocean and the sounds were really nice. You won’t be disappointed if you book with this resort. When I go back to Samui I’ll be staying at coconut beach resort. Only negative was there was no smart tv. No huge deal because your days a filled in that area."

"Very clean and well kept resort. The room was a nice size the crib was perfect for our 18month old. They also had a clean kiddy pool and high chairs. The food was delicious but the breakfast buffet needed more diversity. The staff was helpful and the shuttle they provided has a good quality car seat. The location was also convenient with shopping and restaurants."

"Poolsawat is the perfect choice- great location, great staff and a tasty breakfast buffet, what more could you ask for? There are many choices for food nearby as well as a restaurant onsite that makes great food and tasty smoothies. The staff is always smiling and helpful and everything is very clean. Do yourself a favor and get a massage next door. The pool is clean and they even have a couple floats and some pool toys, beyond that is the beach with soft sand. I would definitely stay there again."

"The staff were friendly especially the catering staff. Resort restaurant not open some nights, but night markets only 15 minute walk away and many small restaurants nearby. resort very quiet in off season. Beach in front of resort not worth trying to swim at it’s very shallow and a lot of reef much better to walk 15 minutes up the beach."

"The beachfront bungalow. It is small and smells paints because it’s new, but right on the beach. Nothing is perfect. Get it if you can. Clean room and facilities. Friendly staffs. Food should be improved. The beach is nice, but the wave is too big for us, seniors who can’t swim. Luckily we went to Crystal Beach for the last 3 days. The beach is nice like a natural pool. Get there before noon. It becomes crowded in the afternoon. A must to visit when you are in Koh Samui. Thank you Ying for taking care of us. "
