"My boyfriend and I had a 2 week stay here. We spent many days by the pool relaxing, nipping down to the beach for food & drinks and visiting all areas of the island as it’s not a long Grab from this area to the other side. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s very scenic, the pool has a direct view of the beach and it all felt very well kept. The staff were really kind and helpful. They were super polite and smiley which is so nice to see. Our first room unfortunately had an issue with the air con and with no trouble at all, they moved us; actually resulting in a bigger, arguably better room. We did note that their drains were a slight issue, being blocked and slightly smelly in both our rooms but wasn’t too bad. The staff came at different times during the day to change your bedding / towels which was nice so you could have a lie-in without having to reuse anything you didn’t want to reuse. The food and drinks we personally had at the restaurant were in our opinion, quite mediocre. It was okay for a quick bite if you’re having a lazy day by the pool but we opted to eat out each lunch and evening. I would absolutely stay here again, it’s overall a really lovely place to stay and I would recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much!"

"Beluga hotel in Koh Samui is of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and we had an incredible experience. The location is beautiful and right on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and made us feel so welcome and accommodated. Peaceful atmosphere and excellent service throughout. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"Good location, the hotel is showing its age, our room smelled like cat pee, the pools & grounds are great but most pool chairs & umbrellas need to be replaced with new. Food was okay from the restaurant. "

"We stay there 4days. Staff and hotel was very nice except the breakfast not an international choices. There’s lots of pork and nots halal option. Around the hotel has lots of shop and night market nearby. The Burmese staff are really nice and helpful. "

"Great little guesthouse in a good location. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. We got free water everyday which was nice. Plenty of parking space. Lots of noise from the guests opposite until late but I think we were just unlucky."
