"I mentioned to the Duty manager the night we arrived, I've finished a cold shower, and it doesn't seem like hot water is going through our room 301. He said he "doesn't know what to do". Assisted to wait till the morning and its the first he's heard of that? I asked for another but the same room & it was a very easy fix, as the Duty manager should already know these alternatives.....its the last thing you want to hear after a 14hr international flight and all you want to do is have a hot shower...
