"Really great experience. Front desk was kind and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was actually attended with care, which made a HUGE difference! We stayed in a different Best Western Plus in Jefferson City, Missouri, the next night and it was very poor in comparison. We would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again whenever we're passing through Kansas."

"Everything was super nice. The front desk was always there and helpful. We only had one complaint. Breakfast?? We thought it was free breakfast? Still not sure. We came down and ate one day and didn't pay. Second day they came around and charged us. Everything was cold. You don't mind paying so much if it's good. It should be handled differently if it isn't included. The person asking for you to pay was more interested in getting us to pay than filling and keeping breakfast full and making sure we new how it worked"

"The property MidMod on sixth close to downtown Hays was fantastic. It is a fun property and is close to Fort Hays State, downtown and easy to get to. The parking is easy right out front. Larissa is a great host and takes great care of the property. I highly recommend this property if going to Hays or even just needing a place for the night on the way through."

"If you want to take a step back in time, this is the property for you! This is a very unique property that has everything you would want. While we didn't use much of the kitchen during our stay, it seemed to have everything. The furnishings and decor were great! Comfortable bed and very clean."
