"The staff is always super friendly and helpful,the hotel needs an upgrade,the restaurant menu needs revamping,the carpet throughout the rooms and floors/hallways has an order,the rooms needs microwave,coffee/tea maker,hair dryer an iron and ironing board.the hotel needs some sort of entertainment"

"El personal del restaurante, desayuno etc...excelente pero en recepción llegamos y había dos personas, una hablaba por teléfono y la otra contestó cuando llegamos. Al cabo de 5 minutos yo dije, casi mejor que les llame que me atenderán mejor en persona y la recepcionista no se disculpó.Al llegar a la habitación no había toallas en el baño, las lámparas de la mesita de noche, ninguna funcionaba, avisamos a mantenimiento y vino -muy amable- el técnico pero dijo que no había enchufe para una de las lámparas y la otra tenía el cable estropeado. El día de la llegada no había agua caliente, solo templada pero en la mañana siguiente solo salía agua fría. Informamos a recepción y nos dijeron que lo arreglarían, volvimos a preguntar después del desayuno, y nos dijeron que esperáramos media hora mas que vendría un técnico pues había un problema con la bomba de agua. En fin, el hotel no respondió a nuestra expectativa. Pensábamos que era un hotel boutique muy bien atendido y no fue así. Bien situado en la zona sur de Cali e, insisto, el personal de bar y restaurante muy amable y eficiente."

"Excelente opción Green Friendly / ecológica. Con sus propios paneles solares, cultivos y propiedad con mucho verde lograron sorprenderme gratamente. El desayuno es simplemente delicioso, fresco y muy bien pensado. El área de comidas es excelente, rodeada de naturaleza y muy bien pensada. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen vistas preciosas, aire acondicionado funcional y agua caliente deliciosa. Sinceramente recomendaría el lugar y sin duda volvería a quedarme. "

Communication was easy, it was located in a nice safe building and it was BEAUTIFUL.. it was tastefully decorated and the AC in each room sealed the deal for us. By far one of the best properties i've ever stayed in. Thsnks to him for having such comfortable accomadations. I would HIGHLY recommend his property to anyone visiting Cali Colombia."

"Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive."
