Villa with a Beautiful view of the Ocean

This is a beautiful villa with a spectacular view of the ocean, in the Bella Vista hill. It is only 2 minutes away from some lovely restaurants in Playa Cosón and only a few kilometres away from the Caribbean village of Las Terrenas. This place is ideal for a relaxing holiday just a step away from some of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Las Terrenas is located on the Samana Peninsula on the north east coast of the Dominican Republic, a 2 hour drive from Santo Domingo.

Cette villa a une vue magnifique! Au début de notre séjour de 6 semaines les gens qui louaient la villa voisine mettaient de la musique à tue-tête car il y avait un gros haut-parleur dans la villa. Nous avons parlé avec la propriétaire et elle a décidé d’enlever le haut-parleur, ce qui a réglé le problème. La villa manque un peu d’entretien extérieur et intérieur mais c’était très correct pour nous. Rogelio, le gardien et sa famille sont vraiment aimable et sympathique et toujours là pour nous. Sa fille Anairis nous a cuisiné un délicieux souper. La villa est un peu retiré, il faut absolument un véhicule pour aller en ville et à la plage. C’est très difficile d’aller à la plage à pieds car la pente est vraiment abrupte. Au final nous avons adoré notre séjour, c’est un endroit magnifique et avec plus d’entretien ce sera parfait! Merci!

One of the best places that I have stayed. It is close to the beach (you can walk or drive), close local restaurants short drive to the city for local shopping and restaurants. The staff is fenomenal and the host is a super host. I definitely will come back and recommend it.

I definitely hope to stay here again soon! Booked for myself and some family but due to covid and some flights getting canceled, I stayed here for 3 nights just me and my dog. We had a great time! The yard is not totally fenced in so be prepared to tie up your pup, but that would be my only complaint. The views of the forest and beach below were spectacular. The house is big and each bedroom has an en-suite. Only one bedroom has an AC unit but since it’s up on the mountain, it was never hot and I didn’t even need to turn it on. I loved that huge windows in every room opened onto the view. My only recommendation would be to provide more cooking supplies, such as olive oil and pepper (there was salt and sugar only), and to have bug repellent or citronella candles available on the property. I live in Santo Domingo so was able to bring my own citronella candles but because of the open-air layout of the house, would have really loved to have one or two in every room. But absolutely an amazing property, I can’t wait to go back.

I love the view of this house it’s a beautiful place very quiet the only thing I have to say is I was expecting all the room to have AC only one room had AC and I just wish the house was little more remodel also I wish the beds was more comfortable and better mattress beside all of this is a beautiful place to connect with nature I give this place a 4 stars

En general todo muy correcto. Casa enorme con ubicacion espectacular. Si necesitas cualquier cosa con un simple mensaje los señores encargados de la casa vuelan en complacerte. Limpieza de piscina a diario. Por poner una pega . Bichos. Pero es en todos los lados donde vayas a RD. Y en esta casa que esta sobre una loma en medio de un espectacular bosque de palmeras pues un poco mas. Repetiré.

I took my family to this spacious villa and we had an amazing time!! The pictures dont do justice to the most amazing view that a person can ask for seeing both the mountain and the ocean. This was a peaceful and serene place with good communication about 10 min from las terrenas beach and with coson beach about a 2-3 min drive. The only downside we had is that only one room had air conditioner and the others relied on breeze. My aunts,uncles and the children all agreed that this was paradise. We will be returning soon!

ottima la posizione per godere del territorio circostante, mare, spiagge e bellezze naturalistiche. Vicina a Las Terrenas, una caratteristica cittadina caraibica con localini per tutti i gusti, dove passare serate in riva al mare. La villa dispone di ogni confort e attrezzature, la piscina è pulita, e la manutenzione è costante. E' la casa per vacanza ai caraibi che sogni!!
