"You could hear the people chatter as they walked through the hallways throughout the night. The doors slammed and you could hear them loudly. The walls are far from soundproof. This disturbed my sleep. "

I had to ask for an extra blanket three times before I received one (once over the phone prior to check in and twice once there). I had to wait to request an early check in until 11pm the night before. They didn’t have any of the rooms I reserved (a king) but had the option to switch to two queens so I could check in early. I had to pay $55 extra for an early check in for a room that was already ready."

"While the breakfast menu was satisfactory, the waiting time for a table was terrible. Also it was disappointing that a hotel of your size doesn’t have a proper restaurant for dinner. The task of dining was placed on your lounge area; a surprisingly inadequate choice. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and there was always someone available to help. Nice location. It felt very safe no matter the time of day or night. Quick walk to many restaurants and the metro station."
