"When we arrived in our room, the smell of old rug welcomed us. Room is warm, I thought maybe because we just got in so i didnt mind, and this was at 4pm check in. Room is okay, decent, clean. So i turned the ac to 70 coz its still not cooling down and we went to the pool. Came back at 7pm and room still warm, went down to front desk and told them about the issue and they said theyll send engineering to check it while were gone to eat. i said okay, and when we came back at 10pm room is still warm and it is on 65. Went to front desk to complain that theres even a spoiled food inside the mini fridge plus the room not cooling down and theyre glad to switch us to a different room and gave us hotel credit. New room is a little better, ac is at 62 but its just a tad cooler than the previous room that weve been to. Just disappointed with a 250$ room. I hope they fix their rooms and update it. Its very disappointing considering there are many people who comes here."

"Great property, great owner. I have stayed at this complex nearly a dozen times, renting different units based on availability. If this one wasn't the best, I am not sure which one was better. The pool is great and the view cannot be beat. The hot tub doesn't always work, but that is not a reflection of the unit owner. I still keep coming back as it feels like home away from home."

"This condo is spacious and comfortable! So nice to have underground parking during the Vegas heat. The pools were lovely with plenty of lounges to relax in. We enjoyed the balcony for sipping morning coffee and after dinner wines. Just a couple minutes walk to restaurants, grocery store and the lake. Some issues: The code we were provided to the pool gates was incorrect but I was able to get the correct code from the front desk. We had issues connecting to the wifi and it took the host hours to get back to us. She didn’t respond via the VRBO messaging so I used the phone number she provided. There were small amounts of mold in the shower and although there was shampoo and conditioner provided there was no body soap. The Lake Las Vegas location is a 20-30 minute drive from Las Vegas proper. The distance makes this condo a great, relaxing place to get away from the hustle of Vegas but also means you need to have a car and allow extra travel time to do any sightseeing to Vegas attractions. "

"Excellent location to golf and activities. Host was very good and responsive. Pool was clean and refreshing. The fire pit needed repairs to work and the carpet in the living room should be tossed out. It smelled awful! Sour milk and dirty laundry smell. Other than that everything worked."

"The location of the villa is so convenient - right in the village - great access to restaurants and the grocery store with the lake just across the way. The lobby and public spaces (including the pool and hot tub) were very clean. "
