"Pleasant room with lovely view. Very well situated. Access to the funicular a real treat. Good range of food options and super breakfast. Staff all very friendly but poorly trained and managed. We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was absolutely deafening."

"The hosts are fab they met us at the house after our long drive with cold jugs of water and a chilled bottle of fizz. The house is large with quirky bedrooms which are again nice and big. The house is equipped with everything you need and a few extras. The gardens are lovely, very pretty and are so pleasant to sit in on an evening. The house feels very rural but isn’t far to supermarkets and some stunning villages. We were there for racing at Spa circuit which is about 20 mins drive. My son was racing for McLaren in the Spa 24hr so we left a few souvenirs for the F1 room 😁 We enjoyed our stay very much and the owners were on hand for any questions. Very enjoyable stay"
