"Totally overpriced for what we got. Ridiculous $45 for parking. So many signs in the underground that we actually got lost. Didn’t do the $32 breakfast Towel bar and toilet paper roll were both falling off wall in the room Couldn’t turn on or off the heat/air. Controls didn’t work. Scratchy towels One cream for coffee in room. Never again for that price."

The staff could not do enough , they check see if you need or want anything excellent and gets it immediately vey friendly and respectful The hotel was very busy but the staff looked after the guest ver well This is my 4 time staying and always had an excellent stay ! "The hotel staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were exceptional. But I left very frustrated overall and it was not worth the cost. The parking garage wasn’t working when we arrived, which incurred extra fees. The elevators were painfully slow, often leading to 10 minute waits. The room itself was very tiny, making it difficult to manage with 2 adults and 2 young children. Our window was closed off due to construction equipment blocking any view. Then were the neighbours. Due to the poor sealing around the main door, you could hear everyone and everything in the hall; from screaming kids to the party groups. Overall, a very suboptimal stay."

"The room was clean. Only complaint is the bathroom sink was very slow draining. The hotel has a very nice ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and the restaurant on site has great breakfast offerings. "
