"This place was like a hidden gem we needed to stay someplace for the night and this checked all our boxes. it was very clean nicely decorated, and Melissa was extremely helpful at the front desk!"

" Although the person at check-in was very cordial and helpful, she didn't seem interested in getting me help with my luggage. I'm a senior citizen on a cane and her answer to my inquiry about a baggage cart was that they must have been in use. In other hotels, a worker was called to help me. I was not encouraged partake of breakfast during the 5 days that I stayed. Also, I was never asked if I were an honors member. No nice bottles of water were offered as has happened in other Hilton properties. The laundry was wonderful and I loved the classical music that played as I waited for my clothes."

"Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night. Called the next morning and was told some one went out to fix the keypad. We got there and the keypad was still not working. Called the main number again. Told them the keypad was still not working. They said The manager is not in until Monday. The only thing we can do is cancel the reservation, refund your money and you can find another place to stay. It was spring break week and we had our dog. Very hard to find a place last min. We did finally find something, but it was $2,700 MORE than what we paid for them. It has been 2 weeks later and we STILL HAVE NOT received our refund. They ruined our first 2 days there. We lost out money on a dinner cruise reservation because we had nowhere to leave our pup. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL."

"Called front desk twice overnight to report people screaming that could be heard in my room. Nothing was done and no report was made by the night staff "

"Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! "

"Great affordable price and the area was lit and seemed safe, away from the beach. Not updated but great for just a nights sleep. Not luxurious but we liked the separate bed and living room area for the price point!"
