Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

unbearable

We arrived early, before check-in time. We were allowed to use the front bathroom. It was a small, dark room, with no windows and the toilet was all stained, especially the part that was under the water which seemed to be covered in dirt. We still give it a chance to see how was the room. Well, again the toilet was stained. For me, it is very degusting to use a toilet that you can not be sure that is clean. Even the plastic lids were stained and strached. The bathrooms were my main problem, but I can add more. The curtains in the room were dirty and the AC didn't work properly because there were many cracks in the walls (it was made of wood). And finally, the beaches there (Baia dos Mushrooms and surrounding areas) are covered in trash, both sand and water. We left, it was unbearable.
