"This was our third time to stay here because we absolutely love its location on the river and roughly 20 minutes from Durango and all dining and shops. We brought my grown daughter and son and his wife and two kids with very comfortable bedrooms to accommodate all. We had snow fall the day before we arrived then again the day after which was postcard worthy just looking out the window. I love the new dishwasher with three racks to hold all our dirty dishes. We will be back again to enjoy all this home has to offer."

"The cabin is beautiful and very comfy and clean. Only reason for the 3 star rating is due to the following:1. Every dish we used had to be cleaned due to old crusted food. We ended up buying disposable dishware. 2. Location pictures are very misleading. Images made it seem like the cabin was more secluded and that was not the case. There are other homes quite close. Also, a road backs to the property so if you open the windows the swish of cars is easily heard. 3. River access. Images made it seem like it was easily accessible but that was not the case. We were hoping for a more secluded area and unfortunately it was not what we got. The cabin itself was lovely and a wonderful experience for our kids. There were plenty of blankets and towels and other necessities. The king size bed was the most comfortable one we’ve ever had during a stay which we absolutely loved. Now that we know what to expect we still would consider returning. It really is a lovely cabin. "

"It was the perfect Christmas getaway! The cabin was so clean and well stocked and maintained. It was in an absolute gorgeous location. Our children didn’t wanna leave. It was exactly what our family needed. "

"The house was very clean and well equipped. Easy check in and out. Easy and great location. Fans are the only thing we missed but we could have bought some at Walmart if it was that bad. Overall great place and would rent again "
