"cleanliness was brisk wipe down at best. Tub had cleaning film still present not washed down. Tub slippery when showering. Cupboard doors and drawers sticking due to over painting. Patio table dirty. Sliding patio doors hard to slide and all glass in windows dirty. No tennis court surface playable. Really not worth the price charged."

"Beautiful! We loved seeing the train every day. It was a bit hard to figure out the bathroom thermostat controlled the upstairs so it was really hot the 1st night. The hot tub was dirty after we used it a couple times and they had someone come quick to clean it."

"Joe & Jen’s cabin was the perfect place to unwind - breakfast on the porch overlooking the valley, evenings on the patio surrounded by flowers under the ponderosa pines, and hearing the steam engine’s whistle throughout the day. Jen even provided robes, slippers, and a towel warmer!It’s a short walk through Jen’s garden to the Grill, where we enjoyed the best burgers and a taste of gelato, sitting outdoors listening to live music. And the Market was right there, too, a place to experience many of their other farm products and gifts from the area.The James ranch is truly a step back in time, where the entire family works together with their focus on regenerative farming at its best."
