"No pool or hot tub"

"We arrived at the hotel around 8pm. Check in was anytime after 3. We booked two rooms and they were not ready. After we couldn't self check in because our rooms weren't ready we had to wait about 10 minutes for an attendent to come to the counter. He told us that there weren't any king rooms available only double queen rooms. At this point we were tired and just wanted to get a room. I said that was fine but he called his manager who after another 10 minutes was able to help him figure out the problem. When it was time to pay the reservation did not account for our dogs which I also included on my reservation. The manager had to again be called. We were told to just pay and that the manager was coming in from home and would be in shortly to speak with us. We were told to go settle in our rooms and they would call us when the manager got there. We never received a call or had a manager speak with us. I also never received a receipt that I asked for multiple times. The whole check in process must have taken atleast 30 minutes and was just one issue after another. The hotel itself was clean, had plenty of parking, but they really need to iron out their staffing and check in process. After traveling all day this is the last thing guests want to deal with. Disppointing."

"I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles, eggs, sausage and much more plus good coffee."

"The place smelt like a nursing home and the first room they gave me was dirty and smelt like it hadn't been cleaned at all. I felt like I could still smell the last people who had stayed there. I was moved and the next room wasn't bad but I will never be staying there again."

"Room was very clean, could not find a coffee maker in building...seemed strange for extended stay. Biggest issue is the "key". Electronic key system was very unreliable and we were locked out for a period of time. Very disappointing "

"Property looked rundown bedding was yellowed and stained. Hot tub was not working just standing hot water in it I was told. When I expressed my concerns at the front desk and asked if there was something they could do give me a partial refund or a full refund I was told it was up to Expedia. I chatted back-and-forth with an agent from Expedia. They said the property could make an allowance and charge a penalty and let us out of the hotel rooms. The young gentleman behind the desk told me that Expedia was lying so the two of us just packed up and left and got another hotel. "

"Biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. The room was not cleaned. There were stains that looked like blood in front of bathroom mirror, bathrooms were stained yellow. Seeme shampoo & conditioner were watered down. They also did not communicate the additional cost that is held when paying for the room. Pool are did not appear to be cleaned. Would not recommend"
