Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! The free breakfast is great over looking the jungle the view is magical ! If you want to experience UBUD Ayung resort is a must ! Thank you to all the staff from Damian and Sonia

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. The hotel and grounds were very well maintained. The plants, trees and landscape were beautiful. The hotel was spotless and smelled Amazing. The staff was excellent. Superb hotel and accommodations.

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

I stand firmly behind my five stars - this hotel definitely earned them on service alone. The staff memorize your name - not just a few, lots of them remember who you are! This is a lovely boutique hotel right outside the chaos of Ubud. It offers a quiet, relaxing environment and the pool is stunning. Best of all is the kind, caring staff who greet you and are eager to help in any way possible. I would definitely stay here again!

Bali with its congestion and litter isn't really all a paradise. The moment you walk into the Trans hotel that changes. This hotel really seems to "get" the customer service/satisfaction piece. Every (and I mean every) person that we encountered over our stay was gracious, helpful and genuinely happy. It was the best place ever. You felt like you're in Paradise. The people are so kind. The staff way more attentive than an average person knows how to handle. I'm a good way. We felt special. BUT BEWARE OF THE AIRPORT!!

Where to start. I chose this hotel for my honeymoon and I'm very happy I did. I booked the lagoon view room but when I arrived I asked to be moved to the best Lagoon room with access to the private lagoon pool and out door bed. Now what I didn't know is that they knew it was my honeymoon so in the old room they had a cake and an amazing swan made out of towels on the bed with flower pestles around it. What made me happy was when I asked to be moved to a better room, they made the same thing...
