"Excellent customer service. The manager offered an early check in and provided useful tips and recommendations to explore this beautiful area in Italy. The hotel is overall in excellent conditions in a very quiet neighborhood. Their breakfast is superb, in particular for their freshly baked pastries. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter town to stay near Cinque Terre."

Came with a very nice Italian breakfast Big bonus daily at a restaurant around the corner . Everything was just perfect for us , the only thing there’s a bar right underneath pumping hard music sometimes till 3am . Was not a problem for us we have teens so we enjoyed the music and always went down for some drinks and good food. Would stay at the same place...

Per sopperire al disguido mi sarebbe stata proposta un'alternativa. "Een goede en schone kamer in het centrum van La Spezia, op loopafstand van het station. De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt. Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant. De eigenaar neemt voor aankomst contact op via Whats app en geeft dan...

The apartment is up a very inclined set of stairs on the 5th floor. This can be a challenge with luggage and going in and out all day, however, the apartment was totally worth it. "

"I came during off season and they graciously upgraded me to the balcony view, it was absolutely worth it! the view is amazing and I could watch the sunset. Also gave me lots of information on food, transportation, how to walk to the neighboring cities etc. I would definitely stay here again!!"
