"The home was well cleaned, the view was spectacular, and the home owner was very helpful and extremely gracious. The whole stay was beyond what we expected. The host left treats for us and was always very responsive to questions. "

One thing to be aware of is that not all rooms have a ski locker associated with the room. Location is great. Easy to get up the hill or to walk to town. We had to ask for a safe to be installed— was done before we finished breakfast—super responsive. Worth the money. "

"Although it took me a bit to find my way up to the hotel. Take the #1 ski bus and it will drop you right in front. The Staff was amazing. Everyone and each of them made my 1st time to Chamonix very special. I will certainly be back, and I’ll stay at the same hotel. Cheers Les Lanchers!"

"The two women who work at the front desk are both amazing: cheerful, great listeners, ready and willing to help. The building is old, but everything was clean and orderly. You can’t beat the views, but I guess that is everywhere in the valley"

"The room was dusty there is no shower cap in the bathroom no vanity set no body cream no soap no shower gel only shampoo and conditioner no slippers no hair dryer the hotel has no appropriate lobby the hotel is lacking staff no appropriate reception. I thought it is a four star hotel it is not a hotel it is barely two star hotel not worth the money I paid for "
