"Most everyone was friendly, the iPads in the rooms were useful when my own mobile wasn’t around me. I enjoyed the common areas too. It was on the “trendy” side for a simple person as myself, but I got used to it very fast. I would not hesitate to book a room from this company again. They people were great, made my visit to DC that much more enjoyable "
"Our room was clean and comfortable with lovely views from 8th floor. King bed. Was comfy. Dining at the Dubliner pub in the hotel was excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was convenient to Union station where we arrived and departed on Amtrak. Area is safe and walkable. We would stay here again. Pricing was a good value."
"parking garage is close and valet parking but you have to schlep your bags up 3 floors to check in. and they let us check in early but we left bags in the car, so then we had to drag bags up 3 floors from the basement because elevator was broken. staff told us elevator was broken but no staff was available to help with bags. elevator worked in the rest of the hotel. overall not bad, but, far from a luxury experience.
