"The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for...

"We loved this hotel as a place to stay before boarding our cruise. The front desk staff were amazing and helped us navigate some local food options. The room was large and lovely. We wished the pool was open longer as our flight was delayed and we missed it by minutes. While it was too cool to enjoy the ocean and beach, we had a beach view that we can imagine must be incredible when warmer."

"Location is great for cruising out of Ravenna, just okay from me."

"Staff was great, room was nice. There was an issue with the City of Ravenna losing water, everyone was without water fir 20hrs. B&B did their best to help their guests get through it. Supplied water containers to their guests. I would recommend to stay there."

"Such a beautiful view with a friendly staff and a good breakfast made for the perfect stay."

"Un luogo semplice e pulito dove sostare, il personale sempre disponibile e cortese, ottima colazione e un parcheggio comodissimo di fronte."

"Quando si procede con una prenotazione sarebbe corretto sapere prima di confermare che gli animali non solo pagano ma nemmeno possono essere lasciati in stanza. ATTENZIONE ANIMALI BENVENUTI CON SORPRESA"

"Estuvo todo perfecto lo recomiendo al 100 por ciento"

"Please do yourself a favour and do not stay here. The pics of the hotel on line do not reflect the dilapidated condition of the hotel!! The material couch at the entrance is full of dust and has bugs. The rest of the lobby is dark and dusty. The bathroom in the room we were assigned was infested with black mould on the floor and ceilings. We stayed there on October 29, 2026 for one night and have written to Expedia re health/safety concerns of this hotel as the hotel needs an inspection...

"Great place, staff was amazing and rooms get tidied daily. Enough parking places and honestly a lovely calm place to stay at!"

"Breakfast and serving staff was very good."

"La stanza andava benissimo, il letto comodo, peccato che il frigo era vuoto, neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. Il personale cortese. Mi sono trovata bene"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Minerva in Ravenna. Location was very good being 2 minutes on foot to station and also at start of historic centre which was a very easy walk to beautiful piazzas and historic sites. Room was comfortable, staff very helpful and an excellent breakfast included. Cruise pick up point a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this family run hotel"
