"It was a good stay for a short time. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was outdated and no consideration for other guests. Could hear next rooms conversation thru walls. No onsite parking. Rooms were very small and looked nothing like pictures in photos which were generic. Breakfast was frozen eggs and sausage patties that you had you microwave. "

"The bathroom had one tiny thing of lotion. No hand or face soap no shower cap or makeup re.over wipe. Holiday in. Does that fir a lir less. No complementary water. No coffe not even for purchase"

"The area this hotel is in is nice but it got really loud at night and I woke up several times throughout the night. The floor of my room was gritty (?), my room and the entire first floor in general smelled like cigarettes, and my towels were not clean. "

"Dark, dank and in an unsafe part of town. I left after one night. The room was small and dark and the only window looked out into a wall. Everything was old and I couldn't tell if it was clean. Restaurant had only a limited menu--not the items that are listed on their website."

"I’m mainly giving this review a 3-star because of the lack of accountability held by the staff/managers for the group of students who were running up and down the halls, knocking on doors, shouting, etc until probably 3 am. After listening to it for hours, I finally called downstairs at 12:30 am and told them what was going on. They said “we’ll handle it, we are sorry”… and then it continued until probably 3:30 in the morning. Our family was stopping in Baltimore for a one night stay as we drove home from South Carolina to NY and were just trying to get some rest so we could continue our drive in the morning. We spoke to someone at the front desk, they were not of help. We called and tried to speak to a manager, they were in a meeting and were going to return our call, 2 months later, still waiting on that call back. As an educator who has chaperoned plenty of overnight stays with groups of students, I’m also disappointed in the staff/faculty who were clearly not paying attention or didn’t care that their students were behaving this way. Not cool. "
