"Great service from the girls in the front desk"

"We booked a suite with sofa bed for our stay. Our 6 year old and 2 year old slept separately from us, everybody had great sleep. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety, front desk staff were warm and helpful. Definitely would stay again if we come back to visit Gothenburg! "

"Lovely stay. Exceptionally clean and staff couldn't be more helpful. Beautiful rooftop bar and the gym you could access was great. I didn't get to experience everything the hotel had to offer but I'd definitely stay again. The breakfast was 5* and the hotel was in a fantastic location."

"The rooms were very clean and had everything you need in them. We dined in the restaurant and the service and food was also very good. Breakfast daily was lovely. Its in a good location for walking out and there are loads of restaurants, shops and bars in the area."

"Pros- the location is fantastic - directly across the central station for train and bus. Nordstan Mall is 100m away. Right in the heart of the city. Can't to much better than this. -The breakfast was simply outstanding - especially the overnight oatmeal topped with turkeyish yogurt, their berry compote and sunflower seeds.. YUM! - The beds were very comfortable, slept well. The room itself was in the older section on the hotel, pleasant enough but not very bright - somber atmosphere. Cons - Our bedroom was poorly lite. One of the ceiling bulb was out. No direct lighting at the desk to write in my journal. The air exchange vent in the shower stall made a constant noise like when the toilet tank is filling up with water. - First time ever staying at a hotel where the guests have to pay to use their swimming pool and sauna. I realize that it's like a spa, and one would expect to pay for services like a massage or any other form of treatment...but for the pool? -Lastly, the Expedia site on which I booked this hotel has two entries - one as laundry and dry cleaning services, the other as having a laundry facility which would indicate that washing and drying machines are available for guests, usually at a cost. This was one of the main reasons why I chooses this hotel, except it doesn't. We had already been traveling for a week, so it would have been nice to have our clothes washed when living out of our backpacks, without having to pay an arm and a leg for laundry services."

"While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel."

"We had a beautiful view from our room, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. The room itself matched the pictures shown. However, we were surprised to find that the premises include several buildings, some of which are used for student accommodation. It seemed that students were staying in the same building as us, resulting in more noise than expected. We stayed from Saturday to Monday, and on Saturday night our neighbour hosted a party with several people, loud music, and noise. We called reception after midnight; although they said they would check, no one came until we called again 30 minutes later. The party only ended after 1am. The following day, empty pizza boxes were left outside a nearby room, blowing around just next to our door, which was disappointing given the price we paid. Overall, the location and views are lovely, but clearer separation or communication regarding student accommodation would improve the experience of guests."
