"Loved my time at The Icon Saigon. Very friendly staff- Lin was helpful in adding a day to my stay and contacting Vietnam Airlines when I had to cancel my trip to Hue because of a typhoon. Big praise for her. Breakfast was always good, enjoyed the afternoon tea after exploring the city, and Cham was a lovely dinner spot when you just wanted to chill at the hotel. Didn't get to use the pool so looks like I needed to come back!spot "

"Clean room. Happy to be provided with a suite. Very comfortable. Perhaps could be more options to have a stand alone shower rather than shower over the bath. Have stayed a number of times over the years and staff are always warm, friendly and very helpful. "

"Beautiful, immaculate, & top notch service! The staff went above and beyond what we expected. We were celebrating our anniversary and they decorated our room and gave us champagne! Entire hotel was clean and room was very large. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in HCM!"
