Little River seems to be a nice town and growing . Traffic busy at times but it was spring break. We are hoping to relocate to a place affordable within driving distance to a beach. Did not like the area beaches as there is no free parking

With a 3 or 4 mile radius, you can be at the beach or the waterways with lots of restaurants and bars at either place. The casino cruises are in the waterway area and you board there too. There are boat tours of the waterfront. Great hotel location.
"We stayed for 1 night, it was very nice look like the room was updated and remodeled they have a very nice pool it’s across the street from the Homewood suites and the beach I recommend this place "
"Great value for the price! We loved the oceanfront view and the fact we could open our sliding glass door to listen to the band playing. The room was very clean, the bed was soft & comfortable (great for a side sleeper with sore shoulders). The halls and lobbies were warm but the room was nice & cool. The elevators seemed to be the biggest hold up of our time especially during check in/out times, there always seemed to be at least one not working in each bank. Ocean Annies was lots of fun with bands playing from about noon until 11pm with a sharp cut off time. Great resort and area for the 50+ crowd. Not a ton of children around. We rented an umbrella & 2 chairs for $110 for 3 days on the beach which was totally worth every penny. Lots of complaints in reviews had me a bit worried but i was happy with everything. If you want something perfect & fancy you are going to have to pay 4x the rate at a different place."
"Me and my family enjoyed ourselves, everything was walking distance and the staff was great ! 👍 Cookie was amazing with all the info about entertainment and places to eat. "

"Rooms need a little modification. Beds were great! I strongly suggest bringing air freshener, which is something I always do anyways. We had a three bed kitchenette with ocean view wonderful for families! The kitchen had utensils, pots etc. There’s a broom and dustpan if you’re like me and hate sand on the floor. everything was extremely clean. I did appreciate not having to ask for clean towels which seems to be the new thing at hotels. Also, they very conveniently leave pool towels in the upper part of the closets which was nice. About a 20 minute walk to family kingdom and seafood restaurants. Plenty of stores within 15-20 minute walk including grocery and dollar generals for the thrifty shoppers. I did visit with 2 teenagers and a 6 month old. We walked to everything we wanted to do. They have a great breakfast spot about a block away on the same side as hotel. Just a suggestion since they don’t serve breakfast.
STAFF WAS EXCELLENT "
