"The hotel is very nice and position excellent. Our room 935 did have its problems. The heating was stuck on max and the radiator cap did not turn it off. The tv remote did not work (I think batteries flat) and there was a wifi blackspot in the main bedroom. I told reception about the issues before i left and so i hope they addressed them, we got in late and were only staying one night so didnt let them know in real time. Wouldn’t let it stop me staying again but should be on a pre-let checklist. The suite could do with a fridge."

"A beautiful building but could do with a refresh on the inside. The sitting rooms were cozy and welcoming but the sofas really needed a clean. Our room was quite dusty, the curtain pelmet had half fallen down and the windows hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Took the shine off what was going to be the highlight hotel of our Scottish road trip, as it was the most expensive by far. Because of that, it fell short. "

"Great apartment. We had six adults staying for a cycling event and we managed. The sofa bed is probably better suited to sleeping one. But the apartment was clean, modern, well appointed and very generously supplied with fresh fruit, milk, breakfast and other goodies. Host was very accommodating to our additional requests. This would be a great base to explore Inverness."
