IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

- Age restriction: The primary guest booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. Families with children are welcome.

- Main booker & check-in: Keys will only be handed to the person who made the booking unless agreed in advance. At check-in, the booker and all guests aged 18+ must show a valid photo ID. A credit card may also be required.

- ID & security: For security and fraud prevention, we may request passport or ID verification before arrival. This applies to all guests over 16 years of age.

- Arrival time: Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the “Special Requests” box when booking, or contact the property directly using the details in your confirmation.

- Guest numbers: Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests so that linen and towels can be provided accordingly.

- Special requests: All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

- Key policy: Two sets of keys are provided. Lost keys or lockouts incur a £100 replacement fee.

- Smoking and pets are not allowed.

- Parties, gatherings, and bachelor(ette) events are strictly forbidden.

- Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Note: For bookings within 24 hrs of check-in, the sofa bed/linen may or may not be set up. If you require use of the sofa bed, please contact us before booking to confirm availability.

If these rules are violated, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund.
