Walls with marks all over them, bathroom window and bedroom window sills all chipped and peeling. No fridge or iron in room. Staff seemed to want payment for everything - “your room is ready early - but it will be 10 pounds”, “you want to store your luggage for the day - it will be 10 pounds”. I wouldn’t stay again.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had. The room, advertised for two people, was unbelievably small with very limited storage space and only a tiny coffee table. We constantly struggled to move around and manage our belongings, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was equally cramped. The standing shower was so small that it was difficult to move inside, and the toilet was squeezed into the narrow space next to it, leaving barely enough room to sit or stand comfortably. The wash basin was poorly designed, with a glass shelf mounted so close above it that even simple tasks like brushing your teeth were inconvenient. There was hardly enough clearance to bend down and use the sink properly. When we raised concerns about the room size, the staff simply described it as a “Victorian-style hotel,” which felt more like an excuse for the extremely limited space rather than a reasonable explanation. Considering the price we paid, the room offered very poor value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Room bedsheets were clean, nice to have electricity fans. Floors a little dirty ( I scrubbed with chlorox wipes). Window needs replacement or fixing. Coffee supplies were abundantly delivered. Morning staff needs additional training and PM staff were excellent.

Posizione comodissima, in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato in una tripla con letti singoli, camera non grandissima, ma vivibile. In bagno, lavandino troppo piccolo, Abbiamo provato la colazione, abbondante e varia. Sicuramente da prendere in considerazione per la prossima volta.

This property was terrible. We arrived early prior to check-in from Australia, I was travelling with my elderly parents, when I asked about an earlier check-in there was an instant no , no effort to look , make any changes or bring anything forward, there is a charge of £5 to per 2 bags for storage while you wait for the room , there is no air-conditioning in the rooms so they were absolutely stinking hot with only a couple of portable fans , multiple things in the room were broken such as plugs , floor boards and desk , then the only lift to the 5th floor broke , there was no thought to offer to bring our luggage down the stairs to the 4th floor to get the lift . Definitely do not recommend. Staff completely disinterested and entire hotel needs a renovation

We stayed at the Royal Eagle Hotel three times while visiting Great Britain. On our first visit the gentleman on the desk was very helpful when we were not happy with the first room. It was extremely small and had a set of stairs. We didn’t want to haul our luggage up any stairs. He showed us a different room. It was larger, no stairs and had two fans. This was appreciated as we were in London during the heatwave and the hotel does not have AC. The shower was very small and awkward to get into. It also didn’t drain properly so we had to keep turning off the water to avoid flooding. Prior to our second visit I requested a larger room that avoided any stairs. We didn’t even see the room because as soon as we got off the elevator there were some stairs to go up to access the room. We returned to the front desk to ask for another room. The next room was in the basement. And there were more stairs. Very frustrating. We decided to take it any way because it was a good size and the shower was bigger. On our third visit we gave up about the stairs. We had a good sized room with lots of windows. The beds were firm (the way we like them). However the shower was so small that when I dropped the soap I had to get out of the shower to pick it up. On the positive side the hotel is in a good location near the Paddington Underground and train station. The continental breakfast also includes scrambled eggs and hash browns. The woman working the breakfast room is warm and welcoming.

4泊をツインで予約したが、最初の２泊をオーバーブッキングでシングル×２に変更された。休前日で高い宿泊費にも関わらず、狭いシングルへの変更に不満。 更に部屋の鍵は壊れていて、オートロックは役に立たず、力を入れて扉を押すと開いてしまうような状態で、誰でも侵入できる部屋。 とにかく不満しかない宿泊体験だった。 古い建物なので仕方ないが、正直設備もイマイチ、部屋も綺麗とは言えない。 全体的にお勧めできない宿

El hotel es aceptable, no lo que muestra las fotos. Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas. No hay espacio suficiente ni para guardar la ropa. Las paredes de las habitaciones están sucias y descuidadas. Las almohadas muy gastadas y usadas. Los colchones de las camas hundidos e incómodos. Si limpian las habitaciones, pero tiene un olor particular que no es agradable, tal vez por el desinfectante que usan. No volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

The room is on 2 layers, not clearly specified on the website. The bed is small even for a 1.6 m tall person. The overall maintenance of the room is not satisfying even tough at the check in they requested a deposit of 50 pounds, that they will return only after 2 wks. The hotel is in the Paddington area very good from logistics perspective, close to the train and bus stations.

シングルで利用しましたが部屋が狭いです。 机を利用するのに、椅子を90度動かさないと座れません。床にスーツケースをギリギリ広げられますが、ベッドの左右に椅子とスーツケースで、部屋の横幅いっぱいになります。 部屋が暑いです。窓を開けるとL字に位置する部屋から見えそうで開けることはためらいました。扇風機はありましたが、部屋相応のものです。 また、コンセントの位置が不便で、お湯を沸かすために、机の上では不可で、ベッドの上に電気ポットを動かして繋ぐ必要があります。 ドライヤーは固定されているので、椅子ではなく、ベッドの足元の角に座って使います。 ベッドの足元に鏡がありますが、暗いです。カーテンを開けるのは、、、。洗面台も狭く、物が置けるスペースは十分ではないため、朝の用意のために何度も行き来しました。 立地はよく、パディントン駅に近いので便利です。外観や受付などのグランドフロアの雰囲気はいいです。スタッフも普通に丁寧です。 朝食は利用していませんが、当日希望しても食べることはできます。

The room was clean, although there was a smell in a bathroom as it didn’t have a fan. Staff were very helpful, one single bed was under the stairs and my daughter hit her head accidentally to that. The location was great very close to the restaurant and train station.

Wir waren im August und hatten beim Checkin ein Zimmer unter dem Dach bekommen. Hier konnte man die Fenster nicht wirklich öffnen und trotz Ventilatoren war es nicht aushaltbar. Wir fragten noch am gleichen Abend nach einem anderen Zimmer. Das Personal war super freundlich und entgegenkommen so das wir am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer bekommen hatten. Würde jederzeit wieder dort meinen Aufenthalt planen.
