Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise, would recommend for sure.

The apartment was fabulous with everything that you could need including a balconyUnfortunately, temperatures were hitting 35degs plus and the room was scorching hot and the fan provided did little to help. Also, the doors were keyless and needed to entre a 6 fig code every time. I struggle with my sight and found this a bit of a challenge. However, despite this the customer service was excellent the apartment was excellent and will definitely stay again.

Clean and modern. Excellent value given the location. It's opposite a main Trainline which start around 5am. So take some earplugs if that bothers you

Loved the attentiveness and great communication. Location was absolutely perfect for our tourist plans and rooms were very roomy and comfortable. First time using these apt/hotels and highly recommend it. Will definitely llok to use them in the future

It was perfect for us. Our London go to.

This place was perfect for us. Family of 4, traveled with my young adult children. We had space, there are balconies in every room. It was spacious. Close to all major public transport. Also love that they partner with local businesses for breakfast or lunch and even the gym. Our next trip to London id absolutely stay here again. Anytime i had a question it was addressed right away.

Train line right outside bedroom window

Apartment was excellent but major issue that the DLR and other very busy train lines are immediately outside the bedroom window. Very noisy and lead to a disturbed nights sleep.

Small, stuffy studio

We had a studio, which was a bit smaller than we expected. Just not a lot of room to move around. The room was quite stuffy & warm. The small rotating fan didn’t do much. The location is good, but you have to navigate either a dark tunnel or dark alley at night, which didn’t feel great.

Property is well located and you can conveniently walk to certain attractions around Tower Hill. Property is no frills but comes with enough basic facilities (washer, dryer, microwave/oven, stove). Stand out feature was the WhatsApp chat with the Bobs. They were able to help me quickly, almost around the clock. When one of my rooms experienced a water leakage, they assisted me quickly and moved my room. Very admirable service and I want to commend them.

Nice apartment with a few easily fixed nuisances

Overall the room was quiet and had all the amenities I was looking for. The provided artisan coffee with French press coffeemaker and shortbread was a nice touch. No AC which in the typical UK weather wouldn’t be an issue, unless you get a few very hot days as I did. Provided fan was underpowered but staff delivered a better one swiftly. Biggest nuisance was the detergent used on towels which smelled like disinfectant from the old Soviet block. Adding a nicely scented dryer sheet in the installed washer / dryer could fix that quickly.

The communication was inconsistent. They make promises they dont keep - like grocery orders they forget to purchase, and pantry access for more toilet paper that you can't access. Instead they changed my room access code due to "miscommunication". The floor was filthy, it turned my white socks actually black, and the room was suffocatingly hot. The price was equal to a decent hotel in a much nicer area, but I booked it for the convenience of a washer/dryer. That machine was a nightmare that locked my clothes in for 4 hours. I would not recommend this to anyone, budget or not.

We had a lovely stay overall. The location was excellent—it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Tower Bridge, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the fresh breeze that came through the living room, which was a nice place to relax after a day out. A big plus was that the property offers a luggage storage room both before check-in and after check-out, which was incredibly convenient and allowed us to make the most of our time in London without carrying our bags around. There are a couple of things to be aware of. The flat is at the front of a railway line, so you can hear trains passing by, which may bother light sleepers. It also gets quite warm inside during the summer, although the hosts thoughtfully provide fans in the rooms, which helped. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located place to stay with useful amenities.
