The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and ideally located for surbiton station (moments away) and easy access to Kingston. The shower pressure was good. I stayed on a Thursday nigh & it served its purpose perfectly.

The room size and bathroom size are comfortable. It’s an easy walk from the train station. It was not as clean as I’d like, food droppings on carpet near bed. The bathroom sink stopper wasn’t working.

The staff were really friendly and helpful on arrival and check out. The housekeeping team were lovely. The room was very comfortable and the facilities excellent. The shower was wonderful!

Lovely Boutique Hotel

We have stayed here before. Lovely boutique hotel. Perfect location close to shops and railway station. Staff friendly, room spotlessly clean and modern. Continental Breakfast ideal too. Would recommend.
