We stayed for three nights, and the body wash dispenser was empty from the very first day. We informed the hotel staff on the second day, but when we returned to our room, it was still empty. Throughout our entire three-night stay, the body wash was never refilled, which was disappointing and inconvenient. The location is nice.

The good points: excellent location right at the center of Piccadilly, Staff were very helpful and friendly, bed was comfortable. The bad points: the room was very small, no windows, and no storage space… absolutely no space to hang anything up or set anything down, hot water ran out, toilet was very loud when flushing, no chairs to sit on.

Room was clean and staff were attentive and friendly. There was just limited attention to detail, for example, a vacuum cleaner was left in hallway for two days. Also, the windowless rooms would have been fine if the room lighting was adequate, however that wasn’t the case and the room was really dark, cave like, even though all the lights were on. Overall, even though the staff were great, I wouldn’t stay again.

Small rooms with a bunkbed. We knew this, the kids were excited, and it worked! The location was perfect and London is a very walkable city, so being this close to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus (we were lucky to have a view of this!) was ideal.

Great location. In the middle of theater district, shopping, restaurants and sites. Walking distance to Trafalgar Square, the eye, parliament, Westminster abbey and Big Ben. Would recommend this hotel if you want no frills and for sleeping a den a shower. Also very close to underground train
