Great views from the top floor!

Ideal place for an overnight stay, close to Victoria coach and train stations. Stunning views from the top floor! Small but clean and comfortable room, staff is welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again!

Good for the price

Pro: Room is serviced daily The toilet is spotless. Good heating system Near the station, shops, pubs. Amazing customer service Cons: Small room space Too many steps Over all 3/5 it could have been 4/5 if they get our television fixed on our 3Night-stay. Still, very good place and budget friendly.

We stayed in a room in the lower ground level so the view outside the window was literally just a wall. The room seemed small. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed but otherwise fairly clean. There were no towel racks or anywhere to hang anything in bathroom. Staff were nice and friendly.

This is a small hotel, conveniently located; close to Victoria Train Station, which is one of the main stops. Many great dining options close to the hotel. The property is a narrow building, does not have elevator service, and there are many stairs to walk up. Our room and bathroom were really tight. In the room, there was hardly no space to walk around the bed. We were out most of the day, so we just came to the room to sleep. We made it work, but would not be my 1st choice next time.

The room was very tiny, I barely got the suitcase in the door due to the bed kind of blocking the entrance and could barely move around in the space. Although it was clean sheets, the cleaning was surface only. The shower worked ok, although there were some loose tiles on the floor. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. I was luckily on the ground floor and did not have to drag my suitcase up 8 flights to the 4th floor (each floor is divided in 2) as my colleague had to. The entrance area is highly perfumed so not good for allergic people. I did not eat breakfast there but there are good cafes nearby. The people working there are nice and polite, so no complaints about them. However I do not see myself going back.

One night comfortable stay

I stayed on the 4th floor so had a great view out of my little window. No lift so lots of stairs, but clean and tidy small room which was just what I needed it for. Comfortable bed too.

The hotel was good value for money and comfortable for a famiky of four. Staff were all very helpful and nice. The building could do with a paint and tidy up but old buildings are exoensive to upkeep. The room was very nice and a good location

St George’s Hotel

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and bathroom very clean. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the shower literally dripped out water so took quite a while to get showered. Breakfast was nice. Good locality.

Decent cheap hotel in central hotel. I had a good night's sleep at this hotel. The room was very small but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The receptionist Vency kindly let me store my luggage while I visited the city. Good value for money overall, would return.

very dated & worn communal areas (like no door handle on breakfast room, hallways were grubby & obviously see a lot of traffic, but beds were clean & comfy (dont think the single beds are designed for adults though im 5.6 and my feet hung off the end) and rooms was nice, bathroom was clean. only stay 1 night so was adequate for our need.
