This hotel is in a perfect location close to Victoria station and easy walking to many sites. Rooms are a good size and clean. Breakfast offers meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit and pastries if you choose to upgrade (if you have the breakfast plan) you can order à la carte for an additional $5 per day per person. There are pubs and restaurants close by to eat at as well!

Room clean, staff really helpful; great location for what I needed. Bed & pillows extremely comfortable, but noise overnight from both inside and outside meant I didn’t have a restful night. Expensive, but convenient!

The hotel is in a safe, quiet area and close to many restaurants and the Victoria station. The shower was located outside of the bathroom and felt a bit odd. Overall, the hotel is good value.

Interesting and historic hotel particularly for fans of Ian Fleming. The staff was great. The room was adequate but awkward with an unusual bathroom downstairs but in the same room. The plumbing was in need of a refurb. The soaps/shampoo were not adequate and seemed overly low budget for the room. Otherwise, a good stay in a good location. Would stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, bar was a plus. We had a basement room and staff had very heavy feet, lots of overhead walking noise. Would request an upper floor room.

I booked this for my husband who was visiting London - the reviews looked promising and for the price I paid it should have been very nice- But, the decor was tired and shabby especially in the bathroom The only thing that was good was the location. Lesson learned.
