"The AC unit was not working properly so they had maintenance come to try and reset it. It did not work. They then put us in a different room on same side of the building and we had the same issue. Who wants to sweat when they are trying to sleep. When we checked out, they notifed us it was one side of the building. If they knew this, why didnt they put us in a room on the other side that has working AC. My spouse has a seizure disorder and heat and humidity trigger seizures. We have been wanting to stay at the hotel for years. When we finally did I was less then impressed. The front desk woman was short and curt. The pool was over run by screaming kids taking up the entire pool running around, there was no complimentary coffee or water like most hotels."

"Terrible stay here, checked in around 8pm and the lobby was very dark and dim with the lights turned off. Once I got to my room it had a weird aroma to it, almost like BO had mixed with cleaning products. There was also some red staining on the bed sheets that had a blue hue surrounding it as if someone had tried to clean or scrub off the red staining. this hotel also has conjoining doors between rooms and although the guy at the front desk ensured me they stayed locked at all times, I was able to unlock the door from my side and see the door attached to the room next to me. There was also random boogers and things stuck onto the wall that were hard to have missed if the rooms were cleaned properly. The inside of the shower was also dirty and could have easily been wiped clean. Hardest time ever trying to get a refund for this hotel, the front desk was unhelpful and told me he could not give me refund and I needed to contact the third party website I booked from. he never stated he could not refund me at all, just that he was unable to and to contact someone else. I was denied the refund from the property but was given a voucher from hotels.com who I booked through. Will never book here again and it is not worth the price at all. It was musty, gross, and in a weirdly sketchy part of town. Don't waste your time here, it's a DaysInn for a reason."
