The Econo Lodge is named for a reason. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay- don’t expect too much. No breakfast (free coffee 6-9am), broken ice/vending machines, rooms are dirty and even non-smoking rooms smell like cigarettes, some TV channels are silent? The pool seemed nice if I brought a swimsuit in the winter lol. I will say the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable- Alan was wonderful!

This property is conveniently located in an area of fast food establishments and other motels next to the interstate. The area is not particularly pretty but does provide easy access to a number of Front Range communities north of Denver. My room was quiet and the bed comfortable, the shower warm, and the internet adequate . . . met my needs.

Best weekly rate!

It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The staff was friendly yet professional &the rooms were spacious & clean. My boyfriend & I were there for his job so we stayed several weeks renting the first time thru hotels.com for 7 day at a significantly lower rate than any other hotel. It was nice because the staff was not a nuisance & housekeeping only came to your room if they were requested. The only inconvenience was if you rented for a week (7days) you could not rent for another 7 days before you could rent again. While being understandable it was also inconvenient.

I flew into Denver and needed a place to stay somewhere between the airport and my destination: Rocky Mountain National Park. Closer motels in Estes park were more costly, so I chose this Econo Lodge in Longmont because it was affordable and reduced the drive to the park to about an hour. It had plenty of amenities but I didn’t use many. I left early to get to the park before 9 am to avoid the need for a timed entry pass. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. TV with basic cable. Wi-fi. I would recommend it.

Opted for this property to save some money, but it turned out to be a mistake. Upon check-in, the receptionist at the desk was surprisingly rude without any apparent reason. Despite not smoking, we were sternly informed about a no-smoking policy. (As we came in 2 women were smoking right next to front entrance) Our simple request for a ground floor room was denied due to booking through a third party app, claimed it’s against their policy. There are no elevators, and the hallways were also unkempt. The initial night felt reminiscent of my college dorm days with loud music, eventually ceasing after a complaint. The rest of the stay was thankfully uneventful. However, there was no breakfast despite being advertised, and amenities like laundry, ice, and vending machines faced issues. Attempts to request extra towels and toilet paper were unsuccessful due to the absence of staff at the desk, leaving another guest waiting for check-in over 20 minutes. My advice: Spend the extra money and opt for a different place. The only positive aspect was the bed – clean and surprisingly comfortable.
