We picked it for the continental breakfast and the pool. They no longer provide continental breakfast and the pool has such limited hours we were not able to use it. But the staff were nice.

I would not recommend this place ever. The room next you could hear everything and I mean everything. I think they were having a service out of that room cuz you could hear what they were doing and then shower and client leaving. The coming going of the men. Very scary. Couldn’t leave because all was hotels were booked.

Was there two hours, killed two roaches. Went downstairs told the “staff,” and they offered me roach spray! I told them I couldn’t stay there, the said there’s no refund. Grabbed my things to leave and I saved a baby in a diaper from getting hit by a car in the parking lot. Freakin nightmare dude!

Our taxi driver warned us about this place when he was dropping us off. He said to stay inside and not come out. Dangerous area. Bad service. Very dirty. We didn’t get any sleep that night. Yelling, banging, sirens all night.

Run far away from this place, It's a homeless motel. The worst part of the ghetto. This place has bedbugs and blood stains from past bums. Everything is old and rundown. they don't even buy new linen. It's the same old used sheets with crack pipe burns. The police are constantly running off other bums which sneek into empty rooms. RUN, RUN don't even look at this motel. You'll get a rash just by viewing the place.

Honestly, this is one of the saddest place we've stayed at. Just not clean. Things needed fixing. Sharp broken floor tiles. Not a single shelf in the bathroom. The extra towels they gave us were dingy af and halfway see-through. They should fix up the place with what they are charging or reduce price. Idk. Unfortunately this is probably a good price for the area. We never felt unsafe but was told I couldn't smoke cannabis outside of our room. I thought this was California??

When we arrived, the reception told us that "there is no more free breakfast" and that the "spool has been in maintenance for a long time" The room cleaners were ok, except the fridge had a bad smell and everything was very old. The reception is very old, damaged and does not look like the photo. Expect a lot of noise at night; some people yell in the night (hopefully, not all night)

No continental breakfast as advertised. They should take it off the website if they do not offer it. Booked 2 rooms, 3 out of the 4 I looked at had several bugs running around. Bad pesticide smell. If they put weather striping on the doors, they may close the big gaps and stop them.

The property is for not for families and it’s not safe , plus it’s dirt with a nasty smell ,blank with cigarette burns and broken toilets graffiti on wall and cabinets,no towels and if ask oh lord they bring you dirt and stain ones lots more to mention but I stop here, hope someone does read the reviews before booking Expedia shouldn’t have them as recommending motel like this one to their clients even to make that small profit it’s not worth ,nothing to do with the pictures

As soon that we arrived they asked me not to take a bath because it would leak down the first floor. They kept asking what time I would be back from a night out so I won’t be to loud even if I paid for the night (felt like my aunt was asking me what time imma be home) so me and my friend won’t be loud even tho we’re from out of town and in vacation, and no they did not disclose this after checking in for our room. And in the morning they call you an hour before check out to make sure your out of the room. No, there’s no late check out fee. This was super inconvenient and I felt super uncomfortable. And mindful I paid more than 1 week in advance.

This is not at all what is advertised. The rooms dont even look like the pictures. Burn marks in the already stained bedding, the stove in the kitchen didnt even have drip pans let alone have the burners all connected. The furniture looked like it came from the dump. Our shoes stuck to the floor making that sound as u walk across it. The screens were all misaligned or misshaped, doors wouldn’t even open without body slamming it. Only to close the door to find spray paint graffiti on the INSIDE. Do not take your family here. You are not safe

Walking to the office to check in, see someone using drugs. The clerk wanted to charge me $20 to check in 30 minutes early. While going to the room, there was two stacks of old nasty beds in the handicap space. The ice machine looked like it was from the the 1970"s and you needed to pay 25 cents to get ice. I open the door to a old porn room not pictured in the pictures. There was graffiti on the the walls and furniture. The horrid colored bedspread had multiple cigarette holes in it. There was dirty corners along with the floor. A forehead and nose smudge was on the window from the outside looking into the room. The toilet shifted along with the seat. The tv was in retail mode which cut 4" from each side of the screen. The smoke detector didn't work. There was a half inch gap around the door. The safety chain was broke, they did repair it. I used a chair pushed under the handle to close it. The shower was plumbed wrong and the three way valve worked only for blistering hot or mildly cold. They provided shampoo, make sure to have something sharp to open it, teeth don't count. The towels were dirty, got replacements. They were the smallest towels I have ever used. I had to fold the pillow into three to sleep on it. The A/C worked great! One air filter was broken, both needed cleaning. Got 20 bug bites. A roach ran up my chest and I was done with this place. I got dressed and packed in 8 minutes.

We like absolutely nothing! DO NOT STAY HERE! The first room they put us in stunk so bad! There was pee on the back of the bathroom door. Hair all over the shower and sheets. Graffiti all over the bathroom. Floors are disgusting and oily! Towels never looked clean, even after exchanging them for "clean" ones. We ended up asking for a new room. This one at least didn't have pee on the wall and no hair on the sheets. Shower head did not work correctly so have the water sprayed on your and the other half went on the floor. 7am the first morning we were woken up by a lady honking her horn and blaring her music yelling for some guy to bring her her EBT card. This went on for 20 minutes along with a lot of cussing. We were only allowed clean towels if we brought the dirty ones to the lobby. There are tents with homeless right outside the entrance to the parking lot. We walked down to the food truck and had a full water bottle thrown at us on our way back. We got a call at 1035am telling us to be out by 11. Everything we had in the room with us now stinks! The staff was not friendly or accommodating at all. If you choose to stay here bring your own towels and your own blanket and sleep on top of the comforter, or just don't stay there. That's your best option.
