No room service you have to order for the next day to clean up your room. Hot water have to run for 10 minutes in order to get it. What a waste of water, simple breakfast is pretty good.

LIKES : We liked the room, the bed was very, very, comfortable. Best sleep I've had in a while...Great mattress... Good parking, private... Clean & Quiet... DisLIKES: Only toast, tea, and coffee... No Ice... no one to check us out ??? - they need more English speaking staff. However, everyone was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay !

I booked through Expedia pretty often and this is my first time needing a last-minute place to stay. I would rate this place zero stars if I could, but I can’t so it gets one. The staff was helpful. I will say that and it’s not her fault for what happened. She did say she would refund me even if it was just partial. So for that, I’m grateful. However, arriving the area was pretty sketch, but because I grew up in an area similar, I put it to the side. After checking in, we went into our room, which was hard to find because we couldn’t find anywhere to go upstairs on the outside. We had to go into the waiting area to use the elevator. Once we got into the room, I had to use the restroom. And when I walked into the restroom, I saw a little bugs on the floor, the size of baby roaches. They were dead, mostly but it triggered me so it made me check the beds. My kids are already on the bed so I rushed them to get off of them and take the blankets off that we had brought. I checked the first bed because we got two beds. The first bed was OK, but the second bed the moment I removed the bedding from the mattress I saw bugs crawling, like maggots underneath. I have never seen anything in a hotel like this before so I became sick to my stomach. I started having an anxiety attack because we spent our last on this hotel and I was so stressed. There was no way I could stay here with my kids. I had to contact Expedia for my refund, which was the worst part. Please do not stay here.!

The room was neglected and the furniture was broken the lady at the reception was nice but wasn’t any help.
Unfortunately this is the only picture I took of the entire room because i was just focused on getting out of there as fast as possible.

Good location if you want to enjoy Chinese food. Room has smell. Tennants are from everywhere, different socal classes. Some rooms people smoked inside. Breakfast is barely for fill the hunger. You get what you paid for.

Smell like sewage/cigarette, key card not working, surrounding feel like you’re in the hood, bed bug, flea and cockroach are easy to be found. Elevator can only hold up to 2-3 persons and stairway are scary, dirty, and unsafe. The money that you save with this hotel is not worth it at all.

AC was noisy and not working well. The shower floor was never cleaned when the previous guests. Hair on drainage. Theres a leak coming from the vent when it rains and pours directly the toilet bowl. I advised the front desk, and they did nothing to fix it. So I checked out. No fresh towels. No room service.
