Location, comfort, cleanliness and staff attitudes were wonderful. My only issue was the balcony doors didn’t seem to have a great seal as the waft of marijuana being smoked on the street outside somehow made it into my room even though the door was closed and the battery in the in-room safe appeared to be flat. Easy walk to Santa Monica Pier and felt safe and secure in the area.

The room was clean and smells fresh. Is it a walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier, Third Street Promenade and shopping mall. A block away from the Metro station, very convenient. The staff are very friendly.

The room was amazing! We stayed in a king bed suite and it was very spacious. Huge balcony with furniture to use. Decent view but only partially ocean view. The breakfast was incredible. The staff was super courteous and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable.
