Everyone I encountered in the hotel check-in, valet, coffee shop and poolside staff was very kind and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was fabulous and the restaurant severed very good food.

Love the room, the sink was stopped up and they took away the resort fee. The closest is small but the ambience the space was amazing. It was our anniversary and they gifted us with a room credit and wine. So thoughtful.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The room was cute, cozy, and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, adding to the overall experience. A special shout-out to Victor, the bartender, who was exceptionally kind and friendly. What really stood out was that two days later, we saw him at the restaurant, and he remembered us. He came over to say hello, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is excellent—the location, the staff, and the cleanliness. It is pet-friendly, which is magnificent for those who have pets or support animals and need to travel with them. However, they really should designate specific floors for them; it is not pleasant to be woken up at 6:00 a.m. by a dog barking or howling when you are trying to sleep in a little longer.
