The hotel is very well priced and located conveniently close to Universal Studios. Our room was basic and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The property and rooms are a little run down, but this is an excellent budget option for a trip to Universal or Hollywood.

Staff was great, guy that help me check in was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Good location, was given a recently remodeled room, very clean, but there was this super funky smell that I could shake, smell kept me up all night.

Rooms were nice and spacious, nothing fancy but they do the job. Location is great. Staff was good. Parking can be a bit tricky. No gym. There is "breakfast" advertised but be aware that it is literally coffee, tea, and some granola bars.

The pool could not be used as it was very dirty. The hot tub was not functional and had boards over it. The garden would be nice if was maintained. The staff was very helpful. Adult children said the Tiki bar next door was nice.

parking situation sucks and the room wasn’t anything fancy, pretty outdated but the bed was super comfortable and the black out curtains were a 10/10. We booked it because it was less than a 12 minute drive from Universal so if you’re just looking for an affordable place to crash for one night this is fine.

I like that the hotel is conveniently located to Hollywood and universal, the pool was nice too. But the rooms are very outdated and run down. Not ideal if you plan to spend most of your time there. Luckily we only needed it to crash at night. It said breakfast was included but there was no breakfast. Just some granola bars to grab and go, so was disappointed about that. They also charge you $10 a night to park In the parking lot. I feel like that should just be included with your stay.

We stayed there for two nights, and it was alright. It’s convenient because it’s close to Universal Studios. It needs some renovation and you can hear everything from the rooms near you. It was pretty clean and the stuff was nice. They make you pay $10 per day per vehicle for a way too tight parking space. Breakfast is literally a coffee and a juice machine and a couple Costco granola bars, if you want anything else you have to pay for it. Its ok if just need a place to sleep.
