I rented two rooms, which were supposed to be renovated. One room did not have a mirror or a working microwave the other one smell like cigarette smoke. The towels were dirty and ripped overall, the cleanliness was not there

There are no face towels when asked for face towels they said they don’t give out face towels. The cable didn’t work in the room said zero signal. Bed was nice pillows were a joke they were flat like there wasn’t a pillow even there. Shallow walls people next door and up stairs were loud stomping around all night. Won’t stay there again.

It didnt come with the proper utilities like their wasnt anything in there besides the beds and t.v with no remote. It smelled like fresh paint and they had 2 towels for a family of 5. The floor was poorly cleaned after they painted.

The room was false to advertised pictures online . During our stay someone tried getting in at 12:58am with a multiple attempt of entering , as we tried calling the office 13 times there was NO answer. Had confronted them at the office and they confirmed cameras would be checked the following day. Overall unsafe and unprofessional for the pay of stay !

Awful Experience

Truly awful. The room realer of cigarette smoke which wasn’t great. There was one bath towel and 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Bandaids were stuck on the wall as were spit balls. The trash hadn’t been emptied. Literally paper thin walls.

I didnt like that they put us ina room that was freshly painted,didnt have smoke detector tape still around the fixtures no lighting in bathroom vanity asked to be moved and stated was the onyl room .. no occuancpy was there .

All towels had stains on them. Bed sheets had stains. The tv remote didn’t work. There wasn’t even a trash can in the room. Super loud neighbors who were slamming things against the walls, had their dog barking for hours, etc. The owners live on the property too (right next to the rooms and above the check in desk) so you’d think they would tell someone to have their dog stop barking or stop revving their motorcycle engine in the parking lot. Nonetheless, the man who checks you in is kind, but should run a much tighter ship.

The first room sheets shower sink mine fridge microwave was dirty had hair was not cleaned towels i took to office for clean one's and if i can get a new set of clean sheets i will make it myself the front desk guy said no i will put u in a different room and can u put those towels back i told him they not clean he said yes i was like ok then the 2nd room was worst then the first one he said i checked the room myself i was like oh it was never clean he said take ur money and go i was like no can i talk with someone he said yes me so with covid them not washing sheets or towels no trash cans in room that was odd to me

The customer service may be one of the top customer services I’ve ever had in any hotel. I travel out of town a lot and rent in different areas and different price points. The room itself is hard to rate because the bathroom and sink area and head boards looked brand new, I’m assuming they’re going through a remodel(?). The furniture (2 chairs and table) made the room look A LOT older than it probably is. The tv was on the newer side too. There were blood stains on one side of my pillow and a curly hair in my sheets. The beds were VERY noisy, there was no mini fridge or microwave. The ice machine needed quarters to dispense, which I would kind of understand if it was a cheap little motel, though half the room was cheap and old and the other half was new, I don’t feel the price tag for the night was worth the $130 that night for that room in that area. That price for the room and all the previously mentioned, was not worth it to me. For that condition and lack of amenities, it should’ve been $80 MAX.
