Loved my stay here after a terrible hotel prior (the leef glendale, avoid) They saved my entire trip. Clean rooms. Quiet. Really nice pool and staff. The woman bartender was amazing and very professional amidst rude guests rushing for their orders while she was the only one working with a super full bar. Parking was a dream and decent price per night for the ease and location just below the hotel and safe. Will be making this my main stay for work trips. Thank you Pasadena hotel! Until next time!

The person who checked us in was very nice and professional, which made for a great first impression. Our room was very clean, and the same goes for the facilities and all common areas throughout the hotel everything was impeccably maintained. The building décor is unique and a bit different, but very cute and charming. The gardens and pool area are beautifully maintained and provide a lovely space to relax; it’s a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hotel’s location is ideal, centrally located near shopping and a wide variety of restaurants, which made getting around very convenient.

The staff at check in were very pleasant and helpful. She gave us an upgrade which was so great. Our room is very roomy, well decorated, and comfortable.

Great stay, staff was a definite bonus! The room was very tight, couldn’t open the shutters for the furniture, but the great views were there. But if you expect a Complementary Continental Breakfast this is not the place for you.
