I am very grateful for this property many of the clientele here are long-term guests for whatever reason including myself but the staff treats everybody with respect and the cleaning crew will come make your bed every day if you want them to the laundry room the washers and dryers work There’s a vending machine and an ice making machine. I have not tried the swimming pool Jacuzzi the parking is plentiful and I’m just very grateful that I have this as an option to stay in the area it’s a very good area. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it’s a safe room with everything you need.

Seriously one of the nicest pools and tubs we have ever been in. Not the largest in the world but whoever is taking care of the pool and hot tub should get a medal. Very nice place to cool off and be in the middle of everything. We could walk to 7-11 all night. We drove 18 minutes to the beach in Oxnard. And when we had to get back home it was a nice 45 minute drive back to the city of Los Angeles. Nice vending machines and nice staff when we were there.

Great price! Friendly staff. Pool area looked great. Great for a cheap over night stay. Free parking! Only downside to the stay was no coffee in the room or at reception. Walking distance to 7 eleven which has coffee.

Hotel was run down with the bathroom caulking moldy or just dirty. Rooms were noisy from outside noise. Top floor guest sounded like they were running in place. Trees were being cut do there was dabree all around on the street side. I do have to say for $75 and it provided a place to stay for the night. Office lady was super kind and very helpful. Nearby market provided us with a great Mexican dinner for a very low price.

The property of this INN is very clean lots of grass and trees. There’s nothing fancy about the rooms however, if you’re looking for something economical and simple, you get a TV a bed showers and a heating or AC. I would do this again if I was looking to save money while doing a quick trip, nothing fancy, but you get what you pay for. I’m happy with the trip and the staff was very kind as well.

First room smelled of weed Second room had very dirty carpet with a piece cut out and another different piece thrown on top. Bed was horrible with too hard pillows No wifi or cable tv had to pay separate for both The hot tub was very hot so it eased aches from sleeping in the bed

The room we have today is pretty nice spacious and clean just didn't have a refrigerator so we switched and they gave us another room which was nice but not as nice as the last room we wanted to just take the fridge to the other room but we just left and went to the one that they gave us we just didn't have a fridge
