Clean and convenient along with being well-stocked with toiletries. An elevator would be helpful, especially for guests on the 3rd floor. Parking is a challenge for those with an SUV. The staff is great, especially Johnny!

Really clean, bed was comfortable, conveniently located, Ingrid at the front was really sweet and friendly. I wish you had more rooms on the ground floor, or had an elevator. Overall, it was a good stay!

Centrally located to a lot of attractions. 15-20 mins from most of the places a family would go. Universal, Dodgers Game, downtown, Hollywood Sign etc. great Local pools and shopping as well. No frills and the staff are great.
