Beautiful Tuscan Villa in Santa Monica, California.
Parking is in the driveway, one car.
Entrance: Front door, up the staircase to your private entrance.
Kitchen is fully equipped and opens up into the Living Room creating one large spacious room, great for Family Time. This wonderful space has panoramic views of the Santa Monica City and Ocean. Kitchen has Dish Washer, Large Refrigerator, Two counter tops, Microwave, stove, Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine, Tea Pot and everything you will need.
Living Room has a big screen TV with a comfortable couch and two wing chairs. This couch turns into a Queen size bed and is brand new.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size Bed with bedding. Large Closet and two dressers with a balcony window for natural light which overlooks the West side of the City towards the beach.
Bedroom 2 had two twin beds with bedding. The two large size twin beds can be pushed together for a Queen size bed. Nice large closet and two Armoire.
Main Bathroom has a Jacuzzi Tub and a separate tiled shower.
Second Bathroom has beautiful tiled shower. There is 3 bedroom 3 bath. 3rd bathroom is on rooftop.
Breath taking Terrace with amazing views of Santa Monica Mountains and the Ocean with BBQ and an upper observation Deck.
Washer and Dryer.
The entire 2nd floor is rented has a private entrance.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was in a great neighborhood and was close to different places to get breakfast or dinner. Nice rooftop deck and well stocked kitchen. We were fine with it, but there were a lot of stairs. Would love to stay again.

Great location and views

We had a terrific stay. Good communication with property manager. The location is fantastic just a block off of Montana with tons of shops and restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to the ocean. The roof deck is fantastic and provides 360 views. Do be aware that while there are three bathrooms only one has shower and tub.

Incredible Home and Location

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful some for 3 nights with our 15 and 17 year old kids. The lay out was perfect for us. It was spacious and clean. the kitchen was well stocked with a nice view. The upstairs deck was outstanding, with the views of the city and sitting areas. The bed room off of the main area was great for our 17 year old. The location was the best area we've stayed at in LA. The street is so peaceful and quiet. Just walking up and down the street after dinner is a joy. There are many restaurants and shops walking distance. This is a jewel! Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoined our stay at this beautiful home. The location the layout the cleanliness was amazing! The rooftop by far was the absolute best part. It was private and scenic. We could not have asked for more! Eatery and shops steps away. Quiet safe neighborhood. Sara left us beautiful flowers and fresh milk such a nice touch.

Nice house in Santa Monica

Sara and Joe have a lovely property in a nice location in Santa Monica. We stayed with 4 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The bathroom in the second bedroom is not a full bathroom. There is a very small room, where the baby stayed and there was a small shower and toilet in this room. We ended up sharing the main bathroom shower and we used the bathtub for the baby. The kitchen had a lot of useful items over and above basic dishes and silverware. We cooked a nice meal in the home. There is a beautiful deck with a nice size table and a bathroom in this area as well. The house was clean, neat, and was not cluttered. We had a very nice stay. Joe and Sara were hospitable and offered to be available if we needed them.

Fantastic - almost Royal

Gorgeous house in a gorgeous neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and stores. 15 minute drive from the beach. The view from the rooftop is stunning. The house has stairs, so may not be appropriate for people with certain disabilities or small children. We loved it.
