"This hotel and staff were great. Our room was like an apartment with everything we needed for a week stay. One of the best places we've ever stayed. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Staff were amazing. If you need something, or have any questions about anything, just ask. They go out of their way to help. Our room had plates, cutlery, bowls, etc. for when we didn't feel like going out to dinner or wanted to make a lunch for the next day. There's a Trader Joe's a couple...

"If you're going to San Francisco to see all the things, this is a perfect location! Walkable to the Wharf, Pier 39/33, Chinatown, etc. and easy access to transit. The staff is extremely helpful and informative. The room was much bigger than expected, clean and decently apportioned. The rooftop patio is AMAZING! Spectacular views! Really enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine while looking over the bay. "
