We got there and we were informed that they do not have two rooms that they had one appartment.... at the end we had to stayed in an "apartment" with one room that was divided into two by a door. Terrible service. They did not clean the room the second day because they were busy..."

"Vatican proximity can’t be beat for a really nice well maintained property. Light on the amenities but your in Rome get out of the hotel and enjoy the city. Staff was phenomenal, special call outs to Martha and Flavio - excellent customer service."

"Didn't use the A/C. Disappointed with the view so we were moved to a higher up room but the view wasn't much better. As a vegan, I pre warned the staff on reception but all I could have for breakfast every day was cereal and oat milk - not good value for money. The building is big and impressive but a little tired and dusty in some areas. The corridors outside the rooms could be quite noisy, with doors banging etc. Good location though and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel to others, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. "
