"Rooms were be y clean and bathroom was decent size…also updated! The staff were very helpful. We came back late and there was someone by the desk! A good hotel right next to the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel entrance ….literally just cross the street!"

We got there and we were informed that they do not have two rooms that they had one appartment.... at the end we had to stayed in an "apartment" with one room that was divided into two by a door. Terrible service. They did not clean the room the second day because they were busy..."

"Didn't use the A/C. Disappointed with the view so we were moved to a higher up room but the view wasn't much better. As a vegan, I pre warned the staff on reception but all I could have for breakfast every day was cereal and oat milk - not good value for money. The building is big and impressive but a little tired and dusty in some areas. The corridors outside the rooms could be quite noisy, with doors banging etc. Good location though and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel to others, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. "
