"Nice hotel. Perfect for families with kids. It was a nice break for my kids to be able to play in the pool and they had fun with the free arcade games. The gym was clean and big. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because the mattress in our room should be replaced. It was sunken in. There were also some ants in the room. Besides those two issues, everything was great."

At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and needed hot water for tea—without hesitation, the staff quickly assisted me with kindness and care. Overall, we are very impressed with the hospitality and attention to detail. The team here clearly takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and supported. "Rooms were be y clean and bathroom was decent size…also updated! The staff were very helpful. We came back late and there was someone by the desk! A good hotel right next to the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel entrance ….literally just cross the street!"

We got there and we were informed that they do not have two rooms that they had one appartment.... at the end we had to stayed in an "apartment" with one room that was divided into two by a door. Terrible service. They did not clean the room the second day because they were busy..."
