Perfect location

The room and bathroom are very spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location couldn´t be better. Shops and restaurants are very close. In Italy, there are usually limited check in and out-times and the breakfast is just a coffee and croisant/biscuit unless you book a five star hotel. So you shouldn't complain about that! And usually in old town, there are no lift anywhere. I would book this hotel again!

Helt ok boende i Lucca

Standarden är inte den högsta och trappan upp är brant, men renligheten var bra och det fanns tillgång till kylskåp på rummet och kaffemaskin i receptionen. Vi fick ett bra bemötande av personalen.

Pefekte Unterkunft im Zentrum Luccas

Klein aber fein, sehr schön gelegen. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Meine Buchung war ohne Frühstück, es gibt jede Menge Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Was zu erwähnen wäre, ist die Terasse im Hof eines Restaurants, wo es bis in den späten Abend hinein doch etwas lauter ist. Aber hey, dafür ist man ja auch im Zentrum!

Location, location....

Great location. You cannot get a better location inside the walls. Small, clean rooms mine did not have its own A/C which was fine in May but in midsummer would be a problem. All in all a great deal and the man who runs the hotel is very kind and helpful.

Einfache Übernachtungsmöglichkeit im Zentrum

Ich bin im Zeitrahmen des Check-In Fensters angekommen, fand mich vor verschlossener Tür und musste erst telefonieren und dann eine halbe Stunde warten. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, das Zimmer sehr einfach ohne A/C, was im Sommer echt problematisch ist. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Der Aufgang in den zweiten Stock ist eng und beschwerlich, vor allem wenn man einen groeßeren Koffer dabei hat. Die Lage ist super, aber die Unterkunft bekommt nur ein OK von mir.
