Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
The apartment was pretty and in a great location, but the layout was tighter than the photos suggested. The bed occupied the space where the listing photo showed a couch, leaving very little room to walk past it to reach the bathroom. A couple of folding chairs would have made the atrium a pleasant place to sit outside the cramped apartment.
When we left the bathroom door open, a sewer smell spread through the apartment. The bathroom also had three sets of switches, and we accidentally turned off the water heater while trying to turn on a light. It took a full day for the team to tell us how to get the hot water back. A simple label on that switch would have saved us a lot of frustration.
