"Close to train station and city for easy walking. One bad experience was the party at Flora. People were celebrating and talking very loudly until 4:00 am. Need to close at a much earlier hour. Very little sleep that night."

"The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Great breakfast"

"Love how close and central it was to everything. No need for taxis or Ubers. Just walk everywhere."

"We went in October the location is perfect, people are super friendly"

"Wonderful. Charming hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Little bite far from the train station but well worth it."

"Prenez le petit déjeuner inclus"

"Location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Things to note. The elevator is small so if you travel with a larger group you will have to take turns and streets are stone so keep in mind for larger rolling luggage. I had no issue with a carryon and backpack."

"It was clean, receptionist was so kind and welcoming and the best hotel in Lucerne. Highly recommend"

"Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice and close to the train station, lake, shopping and the bridge. Only bad thing was the WiFi was pretty much non existent up in the room and the furniture pieces were too big for the room, couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way."

"Amazing hotel!"

"The staff were very helpful checking the mountain top weather for views. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable room with nice street views from balcony"

"I have stayed here a few times. Always a high standard"

"Great location! Wonderful staff!"

"We had a lovely stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel’s convenient location near the train station was especially appreciated, as we were only staying for one night between travel days. We arrived in the evening, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the view from our balcony, but we could only imagine how beautiful the canal views must be during the day! Overall, a wonderful and convenient place to stay, and we would happily recommend it...
