"Stayed here for a work weekend and it was only 4 minutes away from where I had to be / which was also right on the river walk! Was a very convenient location, cute house, and Michelle was very helpful & responsive. :) "

"This stay was a bit Jekyll & Hyde... The property and location were wonderful. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The room, however nice, was not clean. We literally had to go out and purchase Lysol wipes and clean our own bathroom, We made the front desk aware and their response was kind and understanding. However, we were promised a reduced rate for the trouble and did not receive it (I called the front desk 4 times since receiving my final bill and couldn't get anyone on the phone). There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no toilet paper (had to go track it down from housekeeping). The restaurant on property was beautiful and the views were amazing at sunset, but the food fell flat. This hotel has all the potential in the world but if housekeeping and staff are going to fumble the small things, it will diminish its ability to thrive."

"The ac did not work they canceled my room before I even got there to pay the guy that was working was rude as heck when checking out I had to ask a few times for a receipt for the deposit and had to go back and ask for one for the room will not stay here again"

"Really loved this property. It's clean and well appointed. It's been lovingly decorated and I quickly felt at home here. The appliances were much nicer than anticipated for a rental, comfortable beds, nice linens and plenty of hot water for multiple guests showering in succession. Loved the quick access to the riverwalk. 10/10. "

"This is our second stay at this beautiful home. If there should ever be another need to stay we'll book again. I cannot rave enough at how modern/upscale this home is. The sleeping space and attention to detail. Communication with host wasn't needed this time but i know it wouldn't have been a problem. The home is huge with fully stocked kitchen entertainment for outdoors the grill is awesome. "
